About Us:

Hi, I have moved to this lovely part of Arizona from Rhode Island. I enjoyed looking for a place to live here so much that I have chosen to sell real estate here. I am a bit of a geek and tend to do alot on the computer. My internet presence attracts buyers from all over the United States, and hopefully soon the world. I say this not because I want to RULE!!! but because I really like all kinds of people and cultures. We do, after all, live in the same place; Earth! I utilize as many marketing tools as I can, and try to think up new ideas all the time. I work hard, return phone calls and emails, have an opt in email list, a database of referral clients , a website and many other marketing tools, all to help sell your home

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in the Douglas and Bisbee areas of Cochise County Arizona. This includes the cities and towns in the Valley between. I have extensive knowledge of "green" and "off grid" living. I myself live off grid on a 40 acre parcel here. My specialties include raw land, and residential homes. I am aware of the growth our area is currently having. Douglas has many older homes and now there are several new communities, some are small subdivisions and others are quite large. I work toward educating the community about smart growth principles. These include energy efficient housing and mixed use areas in subdivision sites. I am also currently working up a presentation for investors to bring in commercial business to our city. I have not yet sold commercial property but strongly feel it is an important part of growth here.

My future looks toward going beyond ,toward Mexico, and real estate opportunities that can be transacted beneficially for both sides of the border.
