I owned a double-wide home in Jackson, NY, that I decided to put up for sale. Mary Beth interviewed for the job and, based on our discussion, I decided to hire her. She gave me good advice about what I needed to do to the house to make it more attractive to buyers, and was also very honest about pricing and about what was going on in the local real estate market.

Throughout the time the home was on the market, she kept in touch with me, and followed up on all showings to get feedback from the buyers and their agents. In addition, she showed the home a number of times herself, because she received calls from buyers thanks to her continued marketing.
