Equine Real Estate Specialist
Marylee is an Equine Real Estate Specialist and Director of Northwood Realty Services' Equine Division AND now has expanded into Western NY. She is a certified ERES teacher and trainer. In her real estate career she established the first Equine Division of a real estate company in Western PA, Eastern Ohio and now NY. She authored the ERES course as well as the certification's first teacher/trainer. After 5 years of intense lobbying to grab the attention of leadership of Northwood Realty Services she was named head of the Equine Division, the first in the state of PA. The division serves 20 counties in Western PA, Eastern Ohio and now the expansion into New York. Marylee is a teamleader and a teambuilder.
In her time as an equine real estate specialist she founded one of the nation's premiere horse property websites, www.wesellhorsefarms.com. The site's popularity brought sellers from around the nation looking for equestrian property marketing guidance. Her philosophy of seeing a need and filling it, gave birth to eREM, an equestrian property marketing firm. As president of eREM she guides the daily efforts of her marketing team. In the year 2006 Marylee witnessed the interest and influx of thoroughbred breeders into PA to take advantage of one of the nation's best thoroughbred breeders programs. Marylee realized that few properties fit the needs of thoroughbred or standardbred farmer. From that arose her company, Oak Hill Farm Development. Oak Hill secures ideal land and custom builds horse properties to the specs of the breeder. Marylee is the Vice President of Oak Hill.
Marylee is also one of the founding members of Gazooba Travel. Gazooba is involved in the business of fun. Her involvement in this international company has given her a broader view of the equine world and equestrian travel. She is part of Gazooba's education team working in the training of new agents from around the world. Gazoobatravel.com is an excellent resource for traveling.
Pennsylvania has recently passed a bill legalizing casinos and gave licenses to several more racetracks for the state. Marylee has kept her eye on the progression and has been key in the search for viable commercial properties near the new tracks. Her webpage, www.racinoproperty.com is another excellent example of her seeing a need and filling it.
Along with her husband, Tim, Marylee is one of the few highly respected rural property development consultants in Western PA. Few couples in real estate have been able to foresee the future trends in rural land like Tim and Marylee.
Marylee has been a multi-million dollar producer since the beginning of her real estate career. Her listings amount to millions of dollars of available real estate. She is known for her ambition, work ethic, professionalism and her inter-personal skills with her customers. She is truly a leader and an "out of the box" thinker to help get you the property you are looking for. Marylee also has a mentoring program for new equine agents. She handles the business end of the Equine Division when not working in the field in Western PA, OH and NY.

What My Customer's Say
All Marylee's testimonials could be summed up in the one expression that is heard on a weekly basis, "I am so glad I found you." Horse people need someone that knows horse properties and an agent that won't waste their time on property without pasture.
