I was at a very difficult time in my life, when I was suddenly laid off and had to leave my home behind and start from scratch. I had tried short selling my house with my realtor at the time, but he seemed to have no faith in my home. I trusted him and thought he was doing everything he possibly could, but it seemed like he just wanted me to give him a reason to stop trying. Finally one day, he gave up on me, and wished me luck. I was DEVASTATED. I am not one to give up without a fight, I am also not one to lose faith that easily.
I feel that running into Mary Lou was a Godsend, in every sense of the word. Not only did she pick up where my realtor had left off, but she made the transition smooth and easy for me. She is very ethical and always got back to me within “minutes” of my calls or emails ( which is more than I can say about other realtors I’ve worked with). It has been a long process, considering the economy and the market, but after more than a year of patience and calls and emails, Mary Lou was able to get my house sold on short sale.
