Her real estate career began at the age of 18, when she became a licensed Realtor in Maryland, She went on to property management and after working in the music industry with her husband, came back to real estate on the finance side in 2003.
In early 2008 she began to receive calls from CPAs and Realtors with clients seeking help with loan modifications and after extensive research, was asked to take over Trusted Mortgage Pro where she helped many homeowners workout lower payments with their lenders.
She remains a resource for homeowners on modification options.
Mary Anne joined O'Donnell Financial and Pacific Mortgage Consultants in 2011.
