I just finished my second transaction with Mary Warren in Las Vegas, NV. (I was her client on a sale and a lease, two different properties.) It was a long drawn out process due to my uncooperative tenants who wouldn't allow showings. I cancelled the listings and re-listed after the tenants moved out.
