As an owner/broker, I have been selling Real estate for over 25 years, and I have seen the market moving in many directions over the years. Areas of Expertise
My special area of expertise is in the development of new subdivisions and the design of custom new homes with a very unique builder. My team and I also sell many homes and condos. Consulting with clients about their important decision-making is very rewarding, whether it is about staging the home for sale, or assessing the correct strategy to market their present home.
