I am a research analyst for IncreMental Advantage, an alternative investment research firm. One of the investment products we study and host conferences on is real estate.

About Us:

I have interviewed, written about, talked to, and participated in conferences with some of the biggest real estate players across the United States. I have focused mainly on commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, financing, development, LEEDs certification, litigation, municipal redevelopment, build-to-suit, tax & accounting, and other issues.
