About Us:

FIRST AND FOREMOST- Great Supplemental Income Earner

We have access to Unsecured Credit Lines up to 500K per applicant

 1.     We present the Borrower’s loan package (including but not limited to financial and credit information) to, and to solicit funding solutions from, prospective lenders, which could include private investors  banks, CMBS, CDO ,Hedge Funds, Private Equity, REIT, Investment Banks, Credit Card Companies  and others.

 2.     Financing Desired (herein “the Loan”):

Type:  Loans, lines of credit, leasing, credit cards, and other advanced financial strategies designed to allow maximum leverage and minimal security or uncollateralized.

 Loan Amount Request:                            $100,000 minimum but could be more

Ceiling / Floor: Estimated rates =                Prime + ( 0% to 7% ) depending on lender terms                                                                                               
Loan Fee to Lender:                                 Will vary according to institution – Minimal if any.
