The Gresham Company, Inc. is a full service real estate marketing, analysis, investment, consulting, management and development company. The 18 year old firm specializes in commercial real estate sales, resort and "high-end" residential sales, commercial property management and commercial and residential property development. Value analysis for investment oriented clientele is one of our major strengths as we are often involved with creative methods of financing in the funding of our own projects as well as those of our clients.
We believe a brokerage can only offer expertise if it develops projects itself. From inception, financing, development, management to sale we offer qualified consulting and management services honed through personal experience. The creation of various partnership entities and internalizing financial capabilities is an area of strength sought by many of our clients. In our involvement with the real estate community we continually seek the best mix of client, lender and pathway to successful completion of our transactions, from single family residences to large commercial projects. Our team members come with different categories of experience expertise to fulfill all aspects needed by our clientele. The Directors of the company are William Gresham, Jolyn Bien, Jude Augustine and Harold Berman.
Jude was born in the Caribbean, on the island of Grenada. He has lived in New York, Los Angeles and Seattle. Extensive travel through Europe and the Far East has given him the opportunity to interact with and learn from many cultures. Living on Maui is a natural fit for him.
Jude is committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. A positive attitude, honesty, and integrity are a few of the qualities he possesses. His outstanding market knowledge and professionalism will put your mind at ease. Jude always has his clients' best interest at heart.
Family is the most important thing to Jude. An amazing wife, Sara, and three incredible children, Bailey, Olivia, and Quincey provide daily inspiration. Spending time with family is his favorite pastime. Other interests include golfing, hiking, swimming, and basketball.
