Maya J. Paveza has been involved in the Real Estate industry since 1986, and joined the Delaware real estate market in 2001. Real Estate is in her Blood, her Mother was a REALTOR®. For the 2nd Quarter of 2008 Maya was the #3 Coldwell Banker Agent in the State of Delaware.

Maya is "THE High Tech, High Touch REALTOR®". Prior to becoming a full-time REALTOR®, Maya worked in the High-tech field, as a Senior Web Designer and Art Director. Some of her previous clients have included AIG, WingspanBank.com, FirstUSA, AstraZeneca, The News Journal, and many other area companies. Maya was also a judge for many years for the Web Marketing Associations annual awards, and received a Smithsonian Award for Innovation in 1997 for an AIG Auto Quote website. Maya lived and worked in the Seattle area for Windermere Real Estate, and then ran the Graphic Design/Desktop Publishing department at the Northwest Multiple Listing Service based in Kirkland, Washington..

Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, Maya is able to help you without restrictions, or the necessity of referring you to another Agent. Currently in the process of obtaining my Maryland license as well.

I specialize in Residential Properties, working with a lot of Relocation clients, especially executive relocation. I also can offer Relocation services to small companies for larger moves through the Preferred Moves program (ask me how!).
