About Maya:

Maya J. Paveza is a full-time Mom, Snark, REALTOR, Social Media Maniac, Gate keeper and more. Usually doing three or more things at one time, multi-tasking is her normal state of existence. In 2009 Maya was the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent in the State of Delaware. She has successfully incorporated social media into her business and is happy to help others determine how to do that for themselves.

Maya often is asked to speak at small business or entrepreneurial events, recently has been involved in the Delaware Department of Economic Development Entrepreneurial competition as a guest coach, she has also recently doing round-tables at the Delaware and Maryland Downtown Revitalization Conference, presented for two sessions at the Wilmington Mega Small BizFest where she explained to the attendees how to determine why they want to be in social media and how to go about planning their strategies.

Maya is frequently told after one of her sessions that people now understand why and how to be in the space, not just how to create an account. That is the difference, Maya truly believes that people have to understand the whole purpose, determine their own motivation and identify, as well as enact, their own plan of action.

Currently Maya is doing about 5,000 different things, including teaching, speaking and lecturing anyone who will listen on Social Media, and Real Estate, training Real Estate agents in the proper utilization of Social Media in the Real Estate industry.

Maya is currently the Curator for the Social Media section for Real Estate and Women: RAW, a community for women in real estate created by Lavina Gaucher. She is also involved in educational videos for the real estate industry with NYREI. But her favorite project and longtime dream is a real estate social media community and education site which she is creating with Chris Brogan and his company Human Business Works.  And a few more fun fabulous things.

I specialize in Residential Properties, working with a lot of Relocation clients, especially executive relocation.  I also can offer Relocation services to small companies for larger moves through the Preferred Moves program (ask me how!).
