My husband-John Mazzara-has achieved the CMB-Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. John's NMLS # is 332556. The CMB is the highest level of achievement/designation that you can obtain within that organization. I-Patti Mazzara-have achieved the MMS designation from the MAM-Mortgage Association of Minnesota. Both John and myself strive to be the best we can be so that we can be of the most value to you. Also, we use independent title companies instead of having an ownership interest in a title company. This was done by design, as we think it provides better service and better pricing than some of our competitors business model.
