We are not a shop that was created out of the refinance boom-how many shops have been around since 1995? My husband-John Mazzara-has achieved the CMB-Certified Mortgage Banker designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association. This is the highest level of achievement that you can obtain within that organization. I-Patti Mazzara-have achieved the MMS designation from the MAMB-Minnesota Association of Mortgage Brokers. Both John and myself strive to be the best we can be so that we can be of the most value to you. Also, we use independent title companies instead of having an ownership interest in a title company. This was done by design, as we think it provides better service and better pricing than some of our competitors business model.
