About Us:
Beth has been a Sacramento Area resident almost 10 years, having moved up from the Bay Area when the “dot.com Bubble” burst. After 10 years in corporate marketing Beth came to this area looking for greener pastures and a better quality of life for her growing family and moved to Folsom and quickly fell in love with the area. After a few years settling in, twins and a toddler later it seemed like a good time to get back to work. Corporate Marketing didn’t make sense with an active family and Beth’s love of the area naturally transferred into a career in Real Estate. In 2004 she moved to Rocklin and received her license and has been helping homeowners turn their dreams into reality ever since. In 2010 her journey brought her two of the best partners she could ever ask for and the Triple Advantage Real Estate Team was born. She feels incredibly blessed to continue to work with friends, family and referrals and better serve their needs through this partnership. Beth is confident having survived one “Bubble” burst that she and her team can help buyers and sellers alike survive and flourish through another. Beth enjoys spending quality time with her husband Shannon of nearly 19 years and three beautiful girls – Abby 10, Emma 8, and Grace 8. They enjoy camping, boating, cooking and traveling through this amazing state of ours.

We also enjoy working with first time home buyers realize the dream of homeownership. We take extra time to make sure they understand the process of what they will go through and offer them an education of what it will take and make the most enjoyable experience possible.
