Interest rates are the lowest in nearly 40 years, there is more to choose from than ever before, prices are becoming more realistic for home buyers and investors and the Lansing area has tons to offer.

Sharon (my wife and friend of 44 years) and I started Coldwell Banker Bowler Real Estate back in the early 80's, grew it to a four office company through mergers and acquisitions.
