About Us:
Marcia graduated from her hometown university, SUNY at Buffalo, completed marketing and landscape architectural graduate studies in Massachusetts and Madison, WI. She practiced landscape architecture, community and public planning with her husband Ken on Vashon Island, WA. They moved to Scottsdale in 1989 (the same month of the hottest day on record!) where she practiced landscape design for 10 years. Marcia has been specializing in real estate investment and sales since 1996, developing an expertise in second homes for investment, vacation ownership, rental, and eventual retirement. Marcia has rental homes in Tempe, AZ and a vacation rental cabin in beautiful Sedona, AZ, and currently resides in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. She is also on the board of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, AZ and is a member of AZ Luxury Home Tour.
