Mike McCoy grew up in Augusta, Georgia. Mike attended Augusta College.
Eght years ago Mike relocated to Palm Springs from Seattle. Mike's strong ethics, dedication to his clients, attention to detail and sucess have earned him the respect of his clients and peers. Mike is an active volunteer in our community.

Ken Simpson grew up in the high desert, Hawaii and the Southwest. Ken graduated form the University of North Texas. He has held executive positions with  Neiman Marcus, Henri Bendel, and KSL Resorts. Ken was recognized as one of the top leaders in the retail industry. Ken has been recognized by his peers in the real estate industry for his creative marketing, negotiation skills, high ethics and dedication to his clients' needs.
