- Description
- Okay, that's not really my picture. About me? In a nutshell: I don't lie, cheat or steal. I don't work with dishonest realtors or clients for that matter. I don't "sell" mortgages; I help people.
About Me:
I am personally work with many, many lenders. (I don't know the exact number.) However, each morning I scour the rate sheets from wholesale banks all across the country, so that I may offer the lowest rates to my clients.
Did you know that every bank has both a "wholesale" and a "retail" division. As a broker, I get wholesale "prices" (lower rates) than any consumer could ever get just walking into a bank. We take those wholesale rates and mark them up very slightly (I do have to feed my children), but still less than you would pay with your own bank. I have even had people request "Bank of America" loans and that's what I give them: A Bank of America loan with a lower interest rate. Feel free to contact me to learn more about this wholesale / retail process at michael@somad.org
Mortgage Service Areas:
I can help you with your home mortgage loan in any part of the state, although I am stationed in Maricopa. No matter where you need a mortgage in Arizona, you will find that I will always offer the best rate and terms to my clients.
In addition, I am licensed to provide California Mortgages, Utah, New Mexico, Iowa and Michigan.
If you need a home loan in any of the above states, please contact me for an up-front quote right from the beginning.
My Promise to You:
1. I promise that I will offer you the best rate and closing costs available on any given day.
2. Please do not bargain with me, because I don't bargain. I am not that kind of loan officer. I am honest from the get-go. I don't believe my client needs to go head-to-head with me in a "negotiation." I just offer one deal, one rate, one price. You won't feel like you're getting taken for a ride that way.
3. I will not pressure you in any way. If you want to take a far worse loan with your cousin Bill who just got into the business, I don't mind. (It has happened before.)
