Licenced as agent since 1991, Recieved Brokers license in 2000. Working the lakes area as well as Lapeer and Livingston counties. Married with 4 sons and 5 grandchildren.

How I got into the business

 Became a Real Estate Agent because after working with a very bad agent in the past, I thought I could help people like myself who are trusting, some people call it naive.  I started working with buyers who other agents would not even talk to.  I have built up a large clientel that most always calls me back and best of all, refers me to their family friends and neighbors.

 I sell Real Estate to earn money, I pay my bills with the money from selling Real Estate, I don't do it to get away from the kids, the husband or because I want a new car or some new jewelry.  This is my job, therefore I take it very seriously and do the very best I can when working with both buyers and sellers.

Soon after beginning to work in the business, I took over as Manager of the Prudential Niebauer Realty, Inc., left the Prudential with Jim Niebauer and worked in a small office in Milford until approx 4 years ago, I then went to work with Real Estate One in Commerce.  Real Estate One offered myself and my sellers a much better exposure.

I have several references that I can provide anyone who contacts me and wants to know how I have helped others.

What I specialize in

Although I love meeting with sellers and listing homes, I have to admit I love getting into a car with buyers and finding them the perfect home for them, to seel the excitement they feel, to negotiate a good deal for them, even if it means convincing them that full price is the best offer to give.  Some people don't understand that, When you find a house you want, love, that is everything you dreamed of finding, and it is priced pretty well, I always suggest that we offer full price, then you can negotiate other things that you just loved in the home, the appliances, possibly even a dining set that fits perfect in the home.

 But it is the Lakes Area that I am most compfortable in, which encompasses, Commerce, Walled Lake, White Lake, West Bloomfield, Waterford, Novi, Milford and Highland.
