What We Do
Matching buyers and sellers is what we do. First I have a consultation with my clients to dig deep to find the purpose for moving in the first place. Sometimes at the initial consultation we may discover selling your Omaha Real Estate may not be the best solution to a problem. If you have a need or desire to move then we will make a list of wants and needs. Finding a home on the internet is easy, discovering what home will best suite your needs is not as easy. Every client and home sale or purchase is different and really we cannot fit every situation into a small nicely packaged box. With 9 years and over 350 home sales closed in my career what we learn is every situation is different and it is the cumulative experiences of the past that help make your real estate transaction move smoothly.

Specializing in matching home sellers and buyers in the Omaha NE, Elkhorn, Papillion/LaVista, Bellevue and Millard areas. Marketing is key for home sellers and that is where my experience comes into play. For buyers I have a critical eye when looking at homes and I always have an opinion good or bad about a home. You see my job as a real estate consultant is not to just open the door but to really help you in the decision process.
