HI!  My name is McKenzie Laurence, an experienced agent in the Coastal/Eastern North Carolina area, specializing in the greater Onslow County area which includes Topsail Island, Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Richlands, Hubert, and Emberald Isle.  I am known for being warm, patient and having a great sense of humor.  Thinking about buying in the region?  Now is a wonderful time to take the plunge, we have a very stable economy, several large bases and a growing retail community.

Areas of Expertise

I spent two years in the Property management department of my firm, learning the investment side of the business. . .gaining lots of knowledge from both sides of the coin: both that of the property owner/investor as well as the tenant.  While there, I studied and passed both the real estate exam for agents in the state of North Carolina as well as the Broker's exam.  I have now been "in the business" for six years and I love it.  I entered "pre-bubble" and I plan to be in it for decades to come.
