About Marguerite

My mission is to help and support Active Real Estate Agents and lenders! I thrive on the successes of others! I personally have been a full time professional real estate advisor since 1993 and have had the joy of helping over 900 families accomplish their goals through real estate. I am the owner of Realty First and recently merged with Mortgage First which is owned by my brother and husband to make a one stop company called Realty First Real Estate & Mortgage Services.

We encourage and support the Member's of our company to accomplish their personal version of success without compromising their personal life.

I have been a member of By Referral Only for over 10 years.  I am a Past President of Placer County Women's Council of Realtors and have been a Master's Club Life member since 1998.

I am also a full time mom of two boys who are active in football and dirt bike riding which in itself is a full time job.

I have a great husband named Joe with incredible patience for a high strung wife.

Areas of Expertise

I am an active real estate advisor in Placer County and surrounding Sacramento Area.  I have successfully helped over 900 families with their real estate needs as well as offered my advice and expertise to thousands more. There is no greater thrill than to help someone accomplish their dream of homeownership that thought it would never be possible.

The majority of my business is a direct referral from a happy client, friend or family member.
