I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2001. My expertise is helping those who have filed bankruptcy or have other credit challenges.

About Us:

I started in Real Estate back in 2001 primarily doing my own real estate investimg.  I started focusing on building my mortgage business in 2004.  I realized there needed to be more people in this business with integrity who had good communication with all parties involved in a real estate closing transaction.  I have developed a system of touch points for my borrowers, agents and title companies so everyone in the transaction knows where we are in the loan process on any given day.

Areas of Expertise

My expertise is in helping those who have filed bankruptcy or have other credit issues pruchase a home or refinance.  My minimum loan amount on your typical purchase and refinance is 75K. 

I also help with foreclosure bailouts when the homeowner has at least 30% equity in their property.  My minimum loan amount on this type of loan is 150K.
