There is little to separate one loan officer from the next aside from experience and human relations skills. Experience can only be obtained through high volume or time in the industry. I have had both. I also believe that when you teach others your understanding becomes greater. I was responsible for all recruiting, training and mentoring of new agents while with my last company. I was #1 in the company 2004, 2005, and 2006. In 2006 I was also relocated in june to a new area, Roseville, from Sonoma county while my wife was eight months pregnant with our third. I feel that not only do I have the loan experience for my clients but I have had the hard life lessons as well. This allows me to be understanding to my clients needs. One of my strengths can also be a weakness. My ability to multi-task. I have always been very involved in everything and there is a point of diminishing return. To combat this I have aligned myself with a processing team that is phenomenal. My intial meeting is very thorough so little other than paperwork is left. I enjoy first time home-buyers because it is such an emotionally exciting time. I like to help my clients through this process because the smile in the end is so gratifying.

I focus most of my attention on Residential Real Estate Financing. Whether you are a move up buyer, first time home-buyer, you are refinancing or investing. I have closed hundreds of loans and have seen most situations. What I love most about Real Estate is each transaction is unique. You can always learn more. I also do reverse mortgage and I am a certified to sell the Home Ownership Accelerator. I  know when to include someone with more experience in a transaction. Most will tackle projects to large and fail not only themselves but the client.  I study intently market trends so that my clients and I can lock at the most advantageous time. I am a strong leader, a big picture person and eager to learn from others.
