About Me:
I am a licensed Real Estate Professional with ERA Suncoast Realty. I have been licensed since August 2004. My previous work experience has been mainly in the construction field and I feel that my construction knowledge is a great asset when it comes to helping a seller sell their house or a buyer buy a home. I can point out things to buyers and sellers that they may not realize is either a feature/value or requires attention.
I also believe in education! I have begun my GRI series and plan to obtain my brokers license in the near future. I attend most every educational class that I can because I feel it is very important as a Professional to keep abreast of changes to our profession and new laws that affect how we handle your real estate transaction.
I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Realtors Association of Citrus County (RACC), and a consistent million dollar producing agent. I currently hold the At Home With Diversity designation, recognized by the National Association of Realtors, and I am strong supporter of diversity within our community. I have held the position of co-chair person for the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Realtors Association of Citrus County for the past two years and although I am taking time off will remain active in my roal to support the Board in any way possible. In addition to this, I am active on the Realtors Outreach Citrus County (ROCC) Committee which focuses on many community involvement projects.
I moved to Citrus County in February 2001 and immediately fell in love with my new environement. Citrus County is a wonderful place to relocate because it offers a wide range of possiblities and appeals to most people. If its golfing, boating, nature, horse back riding, or diving with the manatees then Citrus County is the place for you.
