Cheryl & I are Realtors in North Orange County and its surrounding cities, in Southern California. We serve our clients in many cities such as La Habra, La Habra Heights, Brea, Whittier, La Mirada, Fullerton, Placentia and Anaheim.We have three very active boys who love to play sports year round, so we know the schools and demographics of these cities. We stay involved in our city, schools and surrounding comunity affairs. We like to camp mostly at the beach, do all kinds of outdoor activties, talk with people and make new friends.We are dedicated, knowledgeable Realtors who provide our clients with World Class Service. Cheryl and I work with REO ( Bank-Owned ) properties, Short Sale Properties, First Time and Move Up Buyers and make sure they have all of the information nessesary they need to consider if they can purchase their new home. We serve our clients in the cities of La Habra, La Habra Heights, Brea, Whittier, La Mirada and Fullerton.We also love working with Families of Seniors, this is a tough time having to move parents or grandparents who have been in their homes for many years and now have to move for one reason or a other. We both have been through this process with our parents and have a passion to help others cope with the change. We specialize in first time and move up buyers, selling properties that are in Trusts, 1031 Exchanges and Investment income properties, sellers who need help and direction in todays everchanging market. We also like to help our clients invest in properties for long term fianicial benefits, 2,4 and up to 12 units are our specialty.
