Melissa is one just a few agents in the Greater Omaha Area to have the Certified Real Estate Specialist Designation(CRS), the Certified Real Estate Broker Designation (CRB) and be a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute(GRI)
On the Personal Side
Melissa is a graduate of Peru State College, a former teacher, and a North High Grad. (That is very important because we North High Vikings still keep in close touch with each other.)
Melissa is the mother of four and grandmother of eight. If she looks a bit familiar, it may be due to her hobby. She has been a volunteer actress at the Omaha Community Playhouse and other area theatres for years. Or you may have seen her in a movie. "California Dreaming" is often run on the cable channels. She also plays the nosey luncheon guest in one of the No Frills commercials. It is true that if you want a job done, go to a busy person.
