About Me!

My name Melissa Maszy and I am a lifelong resident of Central Florida. Growing up in Casselberry and Maitland has certainly afforded me the opportunity to get to know Central Florida very well. I am very familiar with the local roads, schools, businesses, and churches.

I have been in the real estate business since 2006 and love my career. Helping first-time homebuyers live the American Dream is one of the reasons why I am so passionate about being a Realtor®. In addition to attending the local grade schools, I graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with my Bachelor of Arts degree in the spring of 2008. I am a firm believer in education which is why I take real estate education seriously. I have earned the GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and the e-Pro certification.
