A little bit about me!

I have been in the Real Estate business since 1994.  I work full time and available 7 days a week.  I grew up in the business and am third generation licensed Real Estate Agent.  Thirteen years in the business has provided me with the knowledge and experience to service buyer and seller needs.  I enjoy solving the "puzzle" to help buyers and sellers come together.  Whether it is financing issues or terms my negotiating skills are a definite asset!  Over the last decade I have worked in Buyer's Markets as well as Seller's Markets and know how to adapt and advise to the changes in our economy.  I have been Realtor of the Year for Century 21 Precision Realty 10 times in my career. I take pride in the fact that I not only look forward repeat business but building new friendships! 

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in First Time Homebuyer's - being up to date on financing as well as Housing Partnership Programs.  FHA, VA, conventional financing.  You name it and I probably know it!

Another area is Investments-  I love to find properties that make you positive cash from day 1!

I am experienced as well in distressed sales and also familiar with the paperwork involved in short sales.  Everyone has obstacles in their lives and I am here to help.
