According to the first Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, published in 1898, the definition of "integrity" is "the fair dealings of people in the transfer of property."  So, this industry helped create one of the original meanings of the word.  Yet sadly we no longer associate it with this industry.  In my opinion, part of having integrity is to coach buyers and sellers based on what they're committed to, rather than what's in it for me.

Real estate is a career that allows me to use all my best qualities in one place.  My organization, maturity, professionalism, efficiency, responsibility, consistency, and common sense thrive in every aspect of a transaction.  Having moved over 15 times in my life I have an understanding and sensitivity to what goes into a real estate transaction beyond the paperwork, and that's something that can't be taught.  Anyone can offer services, not everyone can offer skills.
