The Queen of Foreclosures

Finally, Practical Information that Real Estate Professionals Can Actually Use!

CHICAGO, IL, October 2009 - In a real estate market that is constantly changing, successful real estate professionals understand the importance of staying in the know.  As a result of listening to the needs and wants of REALTORS® and other real estate professionals, National Trainer, Marki Lemons has developed two live and interactive channels:  The Marki Lemons Talk weekly online radio broadcast and the monthly ForeTraining Breakfast Club Series.

"There is a need for consistent training in our industry to address the constant changes in the market place", Marki Lemons a national trainer and leading expert in foreclosures and short sales said this week.  "Foreclosures will increase through 2012 and so will the need for practical, useful information for real estate professionals to thrive."

The Marki Lemons Talk weekly online radio broadcast brings listeners the latest information on short sales, foreclosures, mortgages and appraisals, while painting a clear picture of what this means to them and their community.  Tune in every Tuesday from 12:00-1:00 PM CST at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Marki-D-Lemons.

The Foretraining Breakfast Club's mission is to provide Chicago area REALTORS®, residents, attorneys, loan officers, and developers with a forum to exchange information on short sales, foreclosures, auctions, and REO properties.  The breakfast club will meet from 7:30-9:00 AM CST on the last Friday of every month at a small business across the Chicago land area to show our support of each community that binds us.  In addition, the meetings can be viewed via streaming video on the internet at www.foretraining.com/live.htm.

Testimonials Of Marki's Training

Marki -   You are truly an inspiration!  I so enjoyed your classroom presence!

I have attended several real estate classes that were

taught by Marki Lemons. As a "rookie" real estate agent, I found her

teachings to be invaluable in my first 6 months in this exciting, yet

challenging profession.

I found her teaching style to be quite engaging. She draws on her vast

experience to provide colorful anecdotes to help make otherwise mundane

material exciting.

She is highly regarded as THE local real estate expert. Her opinion on the

current real estate market has been featured in the local print and television

media. Having talent like this at the office makes me feel proud to be a

part of the team. It also convinces me that I definitely made the right

decision when joining KW!

My name is I. M, And I'm a realtor with Keller Williams, C.C.G.. I attended a class that Mrs.Lemons instructed, and needless to say I left there better equiped than when I walked in. The funny part is that I really don't remember the name of the course but I do remember Mrs. Lemons emphasis on time management among other crucial elements that she added to the class.

I am writing to in reference to my mentor, Marki Lemons.  Marki has great teaching and mentoring skills. I am not a student in her Real Estate Class, but I am a result of her dedication to Real Estate. She has taught us and continues to education her team regarding the ongoing opportunities in Real Estate.  She inspired me to pursue my Real Estate career.  For this I am grateful for her innate vision for my future in real estate.  Marki certainly keeps us informed of what's going on in the marketplace.  I appreciate her dedicated attitude towards teaching others in the Real Estate field. Please know that this is a personal and professional opinion of a great person, teacher, and mentor.
