We met with her to write the offer on the Condo and she negotiated on our behalf so we could get the very best price for our new home. I have known Mistie for a few years, being a friend of her son's & nephew I knew she would look out and find me my first home. After numerous emails of possible homes she picked up the phone one day and called me... She said, "I have found the perfect home!" It had just come on the market and I was unable to see it that evening but she went and drove by it. She made an appointment for the next day. She was right! This house was PERFECT!! After previewing the home we went back and set in her car, I expressed my interest and guess what? She had already filled out the entire contract (with the exception of the price to offer) We then went to McDonalds and filled out everything else. It was about 6:00 p.m. when all of this starting happening, at 11:00 p.m. that same night she called me to inform me that I had just brought my very first house! I have never regretted it.
