About Me
My career in residential lending started over 8 years ago, after receiving a management degree from Fontbonne University. My core values are honesty, integrity, reliability, professionalism, helpfulness, accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness. I'm not a transactional lender. I have a highly competent team of professionals to handle your transaction, including on-staff underwriting, which allows me to deliver superior service and maintain 100% control of the entire transaction. My goal is to be the most well respected lender in the industry.
My business is 100% referral based. Through mid May, 30% of my closed transactions have been referred by realtors, while 55% have been past customers. 66% of the total transactions have been purchases. If you've entered into a legally binding sales contract, it's important to be working with someone who understands the details of a sales contract, has a staff capable of meeting the loan commitment deadline and can get loan figures to the title company several days prior to closing, and to have your loan officer at the closing table to explain the paperwork and make sure all of the details are as you expected.

As a licensed originator in Illinois, I have gone through an extensive background check, fingerprinting, and passed several exams and continuing education requirements to be able to originate loans in Illinois. It's important that your transaction is handled by a professional when dealing with such a large financial investment. Unfortunately Missouri does not have any requirement to be a "loan officer."
