History

My partner Jon Olkoski and I run Mexico Mortgage Loans. I teamed up with Jon Olkoski while at IMI Group. We were one of the first companies to offer a dollar based mortgage product in Mexico. This product was a wholesale product being offered to the mortgage broker community and it was our job to not only sell this product to brokers but also educate them on the process of closing a loan in Mexico. We were also instrumental in developing a retail lending presence for IMI Group. Recently, decided to utilize our knowledge of the Mexico real estate and mortgage market by creating our own branch of an existing and very reputable Mexico mortgage broker called Playa Capital.

Areas of Expertise

We specialize exclusively on funding loans in Mexico to US Citizens and Canadians. The majority of our loans are residential mortgage loans, although we do handle construction and commercial financing as well.  The process of financing in Mexico can be very complicated and that is why it is imperative that you turn to someone with our knowledge and expertise.
