Who am I?
I have lived in Kitsap County since 1993. I have been enjoying my career in the mortgage industry since 1996. I enjoy helping my clients achieve their goals of home ownership. I have experience working with First time home buyers, credit challenged buyers to the avid investor. I strive to keep on top of the always changing market. I work with VA, FHA, USDA & Conventional home buyers. Purchasing or refinancing a home can sometimes be stressful. I believe it is my duty to make the home buying process as stress free as possible. In fact, most of my clients are surprised at just how smooth the process actually is and should be!
I have enjoyed teaching both FHA & VA first time homebuyer classes in our community. I look forward to educating people on the home buying process and some of the important responsibilities that come with it.
On a personal level, I am married to my best friend Chris and we are very active foster parents with Youth For Christ. I am a proud mother to 11 children, a member of Crossroads Neighborhood Church, and have been known to be quite the practical joker. I enjoy spending time camping with my family and friends, watching my children play various sports, being active with the boy scouts, and giving back to our beautiful community.

I have a knack for laying the groundwork for first-time buyers in becoming successful homeowners. My years of experience has also given me skills in guiding clients with "credit challenges" to quickly rebuilding their credit to achieve their goals of becoming homeowners.
I specialize in closing loans in less than 30 days! My goal is to make your homebuying or refinancing experience excellent and stress free!
