My Story

After 20 years in the office furniture business I decided to make a much needed career move. My wife has been a real estate paralegal for many years, so I decided to go the Agent route.

Although the timing wasn't great with the market, I am glad I made the move and am enjoying working more with the customers and less with the product. I am in my third year and have had measurable success since the begining stages.

I already have a steady flow of repeat business and referrals which means that must be doing something right. I also am glad that I chose Keller Williams as an agency because of the training and marketing tools that they provide through their business model.

I'm creating this blog as a form of theropy more than anything else, however: I would always be greatful for the opportunity to help any readers with any Real Estate needs.

Areas of Expertise

It became very clear early on that most of the older agents were struggling with the newer technology that is needed to compete in this industry. With over 80% of buyers using the internet to search for properties, finding the tools to reach this audience and being able to apply them in your daily routine has been a huge plus for me.

Due to some of my early success with the database system that K W has partnered with, I was chosen from our market center to fly to Austin TX. and become a certified trainer for Keller Williams. I now teach several classes within our market center on technology marketing, website design and using technology to lead generate.

The ability to use my technology skills to build relationships with some of the most productive agents in our region has opened a willing source of knowledge for me to use while advancing my own career.
