About Me
After living in New York, New Jersey & Massachusetts I know that Maine is....."THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE". I have lived here in Standish for 30 years now & never want to leave (Well maybe January & February in Florida) I do enjoy working with people from Out-of State as I can understand their wants, needs & goals, whether for year round residence or second homes/vacation property. As a full time REALTOR* I work hard but enjoy my time off also. Traveling & gardening are at the top of my favorite things to do (hence my photo from my latest trip to Honduras to swim with the dolphins) as well as creating my own specialties in the kitchen.
As a third generation Real Estate agent I have been a REALTOR* for 10 years now, 7 of them with Coldwell Banker Friends & Neighbors Realty here in Standish. Areas of Expertise
My speciality is my belief that you never TELL a client anything you can SHOW them. I have multiple reports that I give to buyers and different reports for sellers. One of them I call " 297 THINGS i DO FOR YOU" Another is a report explaining what will happen at each stage of their transaction so they are not left out in the rain wondering what will happen next.
I also prepare a "prelist basket" that I deliver to sellers before I meet with them to give them lots of advance information. Most sellers are so happy with this that I almost always get the listing when competing with other agents.
Additionally I prepare a "VIP" REPORT" for each of my buyer & seller clients that details what has transpired over the past week concerning them.
