Mark Hansen's Professional Profile
2008 will be my 10th year as a full time resident on Cape Cod, and I am certainly fortunate to be living in such an amazing part of the Northeast. I have seen many changes in my years here as each town continues to improve themselves and compete for the incoming permanent and part time residents. I have served these residents in a professional sales capacity for all of the 10 years that I have resided on Cape Cod. I am a part time investor and renovator with my wife Jacqueline (a Cape Cod native) and have been working in the Real Estate profession for the last 3 years. As a current member of the Century 21 Shoreland team, I am able to draw upon the international recognition of our franchise to assist buyers and sellers from both inside and outside of MA. My 15 year renovation background has also assisted me in identifying viable properties for my investors, even in what has been dubbed the worst housing downturn since the depression. I bring a vast knowledge of the technical aspects of this profession which seem to be taking over as the industry standards. It is my belief that the internet is the single most powerful tool currently used by industry, as well as buyers and sellers. I constantly strive to educate myself as to the trends and needs of the current and future markets. I am a certified LMC (Loss Mitigation Consultant), and am presently working toward my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation.
