In the early 1990s Mike was part of a venture capital firm that purchased distressed commercial and residental properties fom the Resolution Trust Company. Average property was 250 unit apartment buildings and we condominimized these and sold them off to homeowners. Over the years he has raised capital and financed the purchase of 2 warehouses, over 750 apartments and vacation properties. On his own he has purchased 5 single family residences and several duplexes.
