I enjoy working most with First-Time-Homebuyers, which probably stems from the fact that I wanted to be a teacher/coach growing up.  Buying a home can be a stressfull time, so you need someone working for you that has "been there before."  I have been lending money for people to buy and build homes since 1983.  What I offer you is years of experience, the ability to educate you about the process and your options, and a promise to keep you informed during the process.  To support and keep up with the mortgage industry I am a member of both our state and national Associations. Recently I became a voluteer with the FreddieMac "Credit Smart" program where we offer education to anyone wanting to learn about budgeting, importance of credit, financing keys when searching for a consumer or mortgage loan, etc, so if you have friends or clients that can use this free service let me know.
