About Us:

     We are a leading provider of residential real estate valuations in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  For more than fifteen years, we have provided quality appraisals and exemplary service.  We pride ourselves in the ethics, professionalism and, (sometimes brutal) honesty we use daily.  In a business where customer service is supreme, we value all our clients to the utmost.  We understand the market and provide definitive explanations that reflect current trends.  Our commitment to our clients is foremost, as we know their borrowers depend on us as well. 

     As for me, I'm a "hapa-hoale."  My father is from New England, and my mother is from the Pacific islands of Guam and Palau.  The term hapa-haole is a Hawai'ian term loosley meaning "half-breed."  My family extends from New England to Hawai'i and all the way to Guam and Palau.  I grew up in Arizona, so I consider myself a native.  The majority of my early life was spent in Sedona then back to the Valley.  My journey into the appraisal world was a common family interest in real estate.  My father was a real estate developer and my brothers are custom home builders.  I decided to join the team, with the intent to start my own family business.  As I stated above, I've been in the game for more than fifteen years and continue to provide quality appraisals.

     Though I haven't posted a picture of me, I have posted a picture of Palau.  This is one of the Rock Islands, of which there are hundreds.
