Success Stories

** Are you facing a Short Sale or Foreclosure? 

One of my most memorable clients contacted me via e-mail, they were about to face foreclosure, they had their home listed with another agent for months with no success - Could I help them?  Absolutely.
By pricing the home right, marketing it aggressively and working closely with the Lender, the home sold in 90 days and the homeowner avoided foreclosure.  Helping a homeowner facing a tough situation like this is one of the most rewarding experiences for me as a real estate broker. 

 

** Has a Low Appraisal killed your Sale?   Not Mine.

When one of my Listings appraised for $20,000 less than the negotiated Sales Price, the deal could have died right then.  But it didn't.  Because as a Professional, I took the time to contact the Appraiser, review the report in detail and discovered some mistakes.  The Appraiser agreed with my analysis after reviewing the FACTS.  The home appraised at the Sales Price and both the Buyer and Seller were delighted that the transaction closed on time.

 

** The Sellers said the home had a New Roof - Not Really....

The Sellers said they had a new roof, but we weren't convinced.  Sure enough, a comprehensive home inspection revealed some problems with the roof.  It needed to be replaced.  Because it would have cost several thousand dollars to replace the roof, my clients were ready to walk away from the sale even though they loved this house.  After some tough negotiations, I was able to get the Sellers to take the cost of the new roof off the Sale Price of the home. 

In the end, my clients got exactly what they wanted - a beautiful home with a NEW ROOF!
