Welcome to my "Miami Riviera" as I call it, and why not Miami is a mesmerizing Tropical Riviera in North America, with palm trees, long sandy beautiful beaches, high rises overlooking the ocean, golf courses, warm waters with dolphins and manatees. Miami is a tropical paradise with so many cultures and residents from all over the world. Me and my team of young professional Realtors are part of the boutique Real Estate Firm named Miami Riviera, llc. We specialized in selling waterfront condos and homes, golf homes, boating communities, property management and condos on the beach in the areas of Downtown Miami, Brickell Financial District, Key Biscayne and Miami Beach in Florida, USA. In addition to been acclaimed and earned awards by Florida State and participated as a guest speaker in Real Estate Radio Programs, Alicia has gained the trust and confidence of many followers. Born and raised until an early age in a small town in Cuba, close to the mountains and water springs, Alicia discovered her passion for animals and nature, the importance of life’s balance and human relationships.

Alicia has researched and study Internet Marketing, from building websites to blogging and search engine optimization. Has gained knowledge of user’s buying behaviours, online costumer relationship CRM, programing languages and much more. Additionally Alicia is a cycling aficionado and amateur photographer, her photos have been claimed as one of the most interesting Florida Photos by Flickriver a photo feed website. Alicia believes in the importance of alternative energy sources and ways to integrate it with our homes so each family can contribute to a clean and healthier planet for generations to come.

She has lived and travel to different countries in Latin American and Europe where she has learned cultures and regional values.  Alicia is not your typical real estate broker. She earns every penny. Not only does she know the properties and the buildings, but understands how things work and what is a good investment. She is very adept in working with out-of-towners, and the electronic tools Alicia uses makes working with her fast and secure. The price went up a LOT on an approved short sale, and Alicia was the driving force toward getting the deal done, negotiating with the HOA and the bankers, coordinating to meet all prerequisites, and tactfully creating the urgency needed for this tough deal to close. Cheryl Dopp, purchased a condo in Downtown Miami on April 2010.

A little Note to the story:

Condo was a short sale, I represented Buyer and Seller as a Transaction Broker. To be able to meet lender requirements we had to negotiate with the lender, the condo association legal department since the unit was in foreclosure and seller and buyer needed to bring more money to the table. Complex negotiations were done to reach happy outcome for all parties involved including existing tenant. Tenant decided to do a new lease with Cheryl after occupying the property for over 3 years.

A little Note to the story:

Sarah came to me searching for a rental condo close to the University of Miami School of Medicine. As an out of town tenant was very nervous in making a right decision. After renting the unit she always mentioned to me her desire to become a homeowner and years after contacted me to accomplish just that. As a First Time home buyer Sarah was not sure where to buy and we looked over a few areas and condo opportunities, at the end she decided to purchase in the same building she had rented for all these years. Sarah purchased a foreclosure condo repossessed by the bank (REO) property negotiations were though since multiple offers were presented and after several attempts with different properties finally we were able to win the bid and close. To Sarah is a great accomplishment and I am very happy for her.
