What makes me different

I really enjoy helping people in real estate. Whether it's talking to folks at an open house, or when I come to shoot video at their home. I find it so satisfying to listen to what their challenges are and then use my expertise to offer possible solutions.

Maybe it's because I spend so much of my time looking at homes from behind the camera, or maybe it's just my nature...I can't say for sure...but what I know is this: I often see things that others miss.

And seeing what others miss makes a big difference - to buyers and sellers alike.

I'm a professional, and it's my job to look out for my clients, be they buying or selling. It's also my job to provide service to my customers and guide them toward their goals.

I take my job seriously - without taking myself too seriously!

Real estate transactions can be stressful; I like to keep a good attitude even when I'm swimming against the tide. Like a salmon.

My Strengths

My greatest strength comes from life experience and a natural "phony-baloney" filter. I make sure my clients' time is valued and respected as if it were my own.

My marketing toolset includes High Definition videos of homes for sale, commercial property, and land. I also create personal interview videos for agents who want to introduce themselves on their website or DVD.

I enjoy working with sellers of all types of property from single family homes to land to custom home sales. I'm also experienced in working with custom home builders.
