I am a relatively new agent. Licsened less than two years, but I really get the real estate business. I sold 3.9 million in my first year and almost that much again in the last six months. Yeah! This is Fun!

Most of my listings are only on the market a very short time because the system of preparing the home and marketing make them jump off the shelves. Come on! This isn't really hard to do well in Nashville.

No kidding. I give all the glory to God my heavenly Father who causes me to prosper.
