From May through October, I work for Fair Realty in Parksville, British Columbia. From the middle of October through April I can be found in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico which is 25 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta and where I run Bienvenidos Real Estate (in affiliation with Lloyd Real Estate) with my daughter Elizabeth. I have 30 years of Canadian real estate experience having been licenced in Alberta in 1981 and now with 4 years of sales and marketing in Mexico.
