Areas of Expertise

In addition to my residential sales practice, I have extensive experience in REO properties and am a certified Corporate Mobilty Specialist. While I consider the east side of the county my "territory of expertise" (Folsom, Fair Oaks, Gold River, and Rancho Cordova), I also have considerable knowledge of homes in North Natomas, West Sacramento, Carmichael, and Roseville. I enjoy working with the first time buyer, the timid seller, and "boomers" looking to downsize. I have gained great satisfaction of late helping clarify the foreclosure sales process for both my fellow agents and clients.
