A Maryland Native raised on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, Michelle is thoroughly acquainted with the communities in Anne Arundel and Queen Anne's counties. Her education background includes a bachelors degree from Towson State University with additional study in Interior Design at Catonsville Community College.  She was a well respected, lead sales representative for companies such as Baltimore Magazine, Chesapeake Home Magazine, and 555-Need.  Her advertising background includes 4-color glossy print, direct mail, internet sales and marketing.  Michelle obtained her Maryland real estate license in 2001 and has excelled in providing extraordinary service with results to her clients.  She was awarded top sales producer for Keller Williams, Severna Park in 2005, top sales agent for January & February 2006, top listing agent for September 2006, top sales agent for March & June 2007 & top listing agent for March & August 2007.  Michelle is currently enrolled in the GRI courses and is working towards her Maryland brokers licenses.

Rich Shull found his way to Maryland in 2006 after serving 8 years in the Air Force as a weather officer.  He is a combat veteran who served in Iraq in 2003 and Saudi Arabia in 2000.  His awards include the Bronze Star, 3 Air Force Commendation Medals, 3 Air Force Achievement Medals, an Army Achievement Medal, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for service in Saudi Arabia, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War an Terrorism Service Medal, the Iraqi Campaign Medal, the Air Force Expeditionary Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the National Defense Service Medal.  He was awarded Company Grade Officer of the Year in 2004 for the 609 Air Operations Group and the 28 Operational Weather Squadron, and was a Top Third Graduate in his class while attending Squadron Officer School in 2004.  His education background includes a Masters Degree from Troy University in Business Management and a Bachelors Degree in Meteorology from the State Univeristy of New York College at Brockport.
