About Us:
After spending over 20 years skiing and hiking throughout the Tahoe area, I finally moved to South Lake Tahoe with my husband in 1996 . I began my real estate career in 2003 and quickly distinguished myself as a Top Producing agent; Awarded Rookie of the year in 2004, Top Producer of the Year for Nevada Sales in 2005, Top Producer of the Year for Nevada and California Sales in 2006 and 2007. During that time I closed the two highest dollar volume sales since the inception of Deb Howard and Company. I pride myself on consistent follow up, integrity and professionalism, and strive to make the process of buying or selling a home a pleasant and stress free experience. My goal is to provide the highest level of service to each and every client that goes Above and Beyond their expectations. Just ask any of my many repeat clients! I was recently appointed as a Director to the South Tahoe Association of Realtors and recently received my CRS Designation. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son, husband, friends and family, snowboarding, running, hiking, camping and traveling abroad.

"Michelle is in my opinion, the most professional realtor I have ever done business with. I feel that I can make that statement since I have sold and/or purchased ten homes in my life time. This was not an easy listing for numerous reasons including the fact that I am not close by to conduct business like signing papers...and the market is and continues to be unpredictable.
