I have been assisting buyers & sellers for 5 years and have enjoyed my job. It is wonderful 
to meet new people and assist them in one of the biggest investment. Currently I live in a small town called Newberry just 15 miles west of Gainesville. My husband owns his own business here, Pickett Weaponry and we love raising our 9 children in such a great community.
Currently I am the President of the Newberry Jonesville Chamber of Commerce. It is exciting to be part of a great organization such as the chamber. www.NewberryJonesvilleChamber.com You can also find me volunteering at our annual American Cancer Society Relay for Life. I was the chairperson for the first two years. Our Newberry Jonesville Chamber, City of Newbery and several volunteers did an amazing job raising money for such a worthy cause. 
You might even catch me at a sporting event cheering for one of my children. Our local sporting events are great in our community. Newberry recently opened a huge sports complex just north of the downtown area. You can read my blog on the exciting news regarding the Archery Center we might have in Newberry.
One of our local resturants seems to be the place to be for lunch. It is called Newberry's 
Backyard BBQ and the ribs are amazing. You will always see someone you know having a great time and eating great food. Stop by and see Rocky the owner.

Areas of Expertise

Newberry is a great little town with shops & restaurants. The public schools are all within walking distance from each other. You will see people you know at the local grocery store, and your children will be able to play sports at our local sports complex & parks.
High Springs is another great little community filled with antique shops & local artist selling beautiful paintings & stain glass. When you stop by High Springs visit one of the natural springs. They are just beautiful!
The city of Alachua is a cute town that has grown a lot over the last few years. If you need to shop they have almost everything you need. The growth of Gainesville has caused amazing growth in the city of Alachua with big business and a large industrial area.
