I have been selling homes in Collin County for over 19 years and have been the top producer in my office since 1992. My dynamic team of 6 specialize in residential, single family homes, new construction, luxury homes, relocations, and we have a state of the art marketing program for our sellers.

My Dynamic Team

I have a team of 6 which includes myelf, my husband (Kelly Jones), two buyers agents and two full time office managers.  Amanda Gritton, seated left, is a listing agent and handles the marketing of our listings. Sharon Clark, standing, far right, handles office management and is the closing transaction coordinator. My husband Kelly, standing far left, is our closing manager and handles repairs and bids. Liz Pike, leaning on piano left and Collin Duke, leaning on piano right are our two experienced buyers agents, both Collin county residents, and both specialize in relocations. Liz and Collin are always available within minutes to meet a buyer at our of our listings.  I list homes, negotiate contracts, and handle customer service. Amanda and myself have a passion for marketing and selling our listings.  We are always investigating the next new marketing tool to implement in our state of the art marketing program which is second to none.  In addition to putting our homes on every real estate web site we can, we also market to the other agents in the area, we do target marketing and cross advertising. We utilitize every opportunity to give our listings the maximum amount of exposure which means more money in the pockets of our sellers.  Our sellers also receive monthly market updates and will be kept abreast of the ever changing real estate market. I have a professional stager that will evaluate every listing, which is included in our marketing program. For years other agents have told me that I have "the best looking listings in town".

 

New Construction

    

 Liz, Collin and myself have been representing buyers when purchasing new construction for years and have built solid relationships with many builder reps so we know we can get the best price for our buyers. The builders take care of our buyers before and after the sale, and we protect our buyers at contract so that there are no surprises down the road. We complete the journey with our buyers through the building process and we attend all walk throughs. Buying a new home should be a pleasant experience, and our our tips and inside knowledge, it will be.

I have been working with transferees moving to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for 18 of my 19 years in real estate. My first big relocation move was in 1989 when MCI moved their offices to Richardson.  Liz, Collin and myself enjoy playing "tour guide" and providing all the information a transferee needs , sometimes even including dentists, hair salons and health clubs! We are well versed in over 15 northern suburbs of Dallas and Ft. Worth. School, tax information - you name it, we have it. And if we don't have it, we will get it!
